The Bestway Ocean Lagoon paddling pool brings cool-down space for preschoolers, with ocean-themed graphics printed on the sides and room for shallow water play. It inflates quickly, fills through your hose, and empties through the drain valve when playtime's done. Built for outdoor use through warmer months. Suitable for ages 3 with adult supervision, in water within the child's depth.
The floor and walls are inflatable, so it sets up in minutes without tools. Ocean graphics add a bit of scenery while they splash. Can also be used as a sand pit when water play's off the table. Includes repair patch for quick fixes. Drains through the valve for easy emptying at the end of the day. For domestic garden use only. Adult supervision required during use.

Bottom plug opening easily torn when drained
Bought a few days ago with pump, it inflated well and seemed sturdy at the sides, however, when it came to draining the water out by the plug at the bottom..when I opened it as carefully as I could! It peeled away extremely easily ripping open the bottom of the pool. So gutted as right in middle of warm weather we wanted to refresh the water. Just disappointed it ripped so easily 😒

This Bestway Ocean Lagoon pool is absolutely brilliant! The underwater graphics look amazing, and the kids were instantly obsessed. That figure-8 shape is perfect because it gives everyone plenty of space to splash around, and the wide sides feel super sturdy when they're climbing in and out. Blowing it up is a breeze with a standard pump (would not recommend doing it without one), and the drain plug works well. Fantastic buy for the garden and perfect for hot summer days!

“ There is no age specified. These are the below safety guidelines non-Swimmers safety • Continuous, active, and vigilant supervision of weak swimmers and non-swimmers by a competent adult is required at all times (remembering that children under five are at the highest risk of drowning). • Designate a competent adult to supervise the pool each time it is being used. • Weak swimmers or non-swimmers should wear personal protection equipment when using the mini pool. • When the mini-pool is not in use, remove all toys and appealing objects from the water and the coping to avoid attracting children to the mini-pool. • When the mini-pool is not in use, remove all toys or other objects from its surrounding that could be used by a child as a device to facilitate the access into the mini-pool (e.g. chairs, big toys, etc.). ”

Yes, it would be possible to blow this up yourself, however a pump would be quicker.

"We do not have a cover in that shape or size for the Ocean Lagoon Pool."
You may be able to use either a cover to drape over it or a cover that has a drawstring round the edge so it'll hold it more tightly to the shape of the pool.

If not, consider a fitted bedsheet. Wont be waterproof but they do keep the bugs out
