The EvoRad from Dimplex is an evolution in radiators using unique energy saving oil free technology. The Dimplex EvoRad 2kW radiator in a stunning anthracite with metallic fleck finish. Features a 7 day programmable timer and 3 heat settings. Controlled via a touch sensitive LED control panel featuring large easy to read numerals or using Bluetooth via the Dimplex Remo App. Safety overheat and a tilt switch come as standard.

Easily controllable heater
Bought to use for extra heat around the house. Temperature controlled by digital thermostat, can be programmed to come on ar specific times. Also an app for your phone to control heater via Bluetooth. Very pleased.

Not worth the money
The heat heats up fine but the auto timer is really tricky to set up. Also once the heater heats up a lot os creeks and cracks starts as the metal part all expands at different times. Noisy night sleep!

Good controllable heat
Proved invaluable when central heating packed in. Heating can be controlled with a 7 day trimmer with 2 on off windows. Easy to override. Better still you can override from the comfort of your chair using blue tooth via your phone.

Good heater with lots of functions
A good heater with lots of functions and able to control via Bluetooth from a smart phone. Easily linked to my phone and works well to heat the room quickly and quietly. Touch controls are okay but sometimes a bit fiddly to go into the more advanced features such as daily timers etc.so not sure I'll ever make use of all the timers or functions. A clear written instruction book is provided and you don't need to use your phone if you don't want to.

Generally it's good. I like the digital display, three modes with timer, and controlled by mobile app, so it's very convenient to use. It might not be powerful enough for living room but should be enough for a bedroom.

Having checked, it does have thermostatic control so it will heat up and then remain on at a level so as to keep the room's temperature at the setting you've chosen.

This type of heater is designed to be a top up heater and not a main source of heat. For a main source of heat we would recommend a panel heater.
