Different sizes gives options
I bought this set to go into a cooler bag, check the size fits yours as the large one fills my backpack, which is great for a day out keeping the food cool. I was surprised by the size of the blocks but very happy that they are so large as they keep the food cool in the bag from top to bottom. The worked well, even in the high temperatures of summer.

Not great.
I bought these as they were suggested alongside the 22 litre cool bag. The listing said the the largest freezer block would fit in the bag. It does not unless you put it in diagonally. Also the 2 smaller blocks have already started to bulge after 4 months.

Quality product
Good pack of three ice blocks. They are very thin so suitable for popping in a back pack etc. Once frozen they stay frozen for a good while.

Realisable, slim line and portable
They work as expected, and stay cold for a decent amount of time. I sandwich my glass lunch container between the two small ones in a cool bag when on the move and I was impressed by how long they kept my food chilled for. Slim line, so I imagine thicker blocks stay cold for longer, but they’re lightweight and portable so that’s the trade off. Great price and quality, no complaints so overall I am happy!

Great
We bought 2 sets of these for our 38.5 litre cooler bags from Argos with wheels. They fit the bags perfectly with the large one at the bottom and 2 smaller either side. When we go away they keep everything beautifully cool. We have transported fridge and freezer food for up to 5-6 hours so far. We also love how thin these are which leave more space in the cooler bags for food.

We purchased these and they lasted approx 12-14 hours. Probably would have gone longer. We placed them in an ice compact rucksack. All food was fresh
Sounds to me these items have never been tested. If they had been, then the manufacturer should supply the relevant information. Because they did not, I would not trust them.

The supplier has advised the following for the Thermos Freeze Boards Triple Pack:
We are unable to give times on these as there are many factors that can cause the time they stay cold to vary. These include:
- Length of time they've been frozen before use.
- Ambient temperature of the freeze boards.
- Ambient temperature of the container and the environment it's in.
- How and where the boards are stored/used when in use.
- The level of insulation of the container they're being used in.

The 400g boards have the dimensions of 14.0x1.5x25.0cm each and the 800g board has the dimensions of 25.0x1.5x32.5 cm.
