box not delivered.
Happy with the necklace but quite disappointed that the box shown in the online catalogue was not supplied .When i went online to ask why i was told i could not have the box so i bought one from amazon.which meant a £150 necklace was delivered in a plastic bag.

I don't want to give it any stars. I picked it up it wasn't in a box just a couple of plastic bags, which for a necklace that cost £129 i thought was disgusting. I found a box indoors got it out of the plastic bags and it was dented. So had to take it back. It looked and felt like it was worth about £50 at the most. Will not be buying jewellery from argos anymore

I bought this for my granddaughter who has always wanted it one like mine. She absolutely loves this. It looks very delicate but the locket its self if very durable, easy to open and well made. The only negative is the chain is very weak so we have swooped the chain to a stronger chain.

“ The locket is designed for photos, not hair, but it may be possible to secure some behind the clear Perspex in one side of the locket. We cannot guarantee how secure the hair would be in the locket, it would depend on the amount of hair. As with any locket containing keepsakes the customer would also need to take every care to ensure the locket doesn’t come into contact with any creams, sprays or liquids and be careful what they do when wearing it. ”

I wouldn't say it is suitable to hold anything. We've returned two. The first one suddenly was no longer able to close, it seems the latch had broke even though it had been barely used. The replacement was dented. No surprise, the locket is tiny, very soft and very flimsy. Don't know how they get away producing this stuff nor charging such a lot for it.
