Works As It Should
This was bought as replacement for faulty battery bought 2 years ago. Took original faulty battery to Argos ( Sainsbury's),Colchester Avenue,Cardiff. I quoted Consumer Act to Manager,that battery should last longer than 2 years. She refused point blank to listen to me as I tried to explain the battery was faulty. As it was like talking to a wall I left. Obtained from "Which" Consumer Advice a template to write to Argos. Phoning or emailing Argos is nigh on impossible. Few days later,phone call from Argos apologising and giving me a £20.00 gift voucher. Returned to store bought new battery,fitted same,all ok. Thank you Argos Customer Servive,and "Which".

“ The Ring Quick Release Battery Pack is not compatible with our Ring Video Battery Doorbell 2nd Gen models. The Ring Video Battery Doorbell 2nd Gen models have a built in rechargeable battery which cannot be removed. ”
