I bought this a month ago it was such a competitive price I read all the reviews I could. I am so pleased with it. It’s quiet, it’s got a selection of wash cycles, a big drum, a fast spin all I need.

Decent enough. But A little noisy.
Good quality and a decent machine. A little bit noisy while the drum turns its a bit of a whirring sound. But not really a big problem I would recommend as a reasonable prices and repertaral brand name. Replaced a broken machine and had to alter the the kitchen door hinges to match the new hinges. That's run of the mill stuff. But overall its a decent machine and other only fault is its a little noisy but not that bad

Washer drum is very large great value
I ordered the first washer and the drum was making a grinding noise and it wouldn't rinse the wash , went back . I re ordered a second washer and it was dented and the electronic box was damaged, this was sent back . Now ordered a 3rd washer this one is great.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised: The softener drawer can be removed by gently pushing it up at an angle, then slowly slotting it out. The same procedure will apply in order to put the drawer back.
