Bought this a few days ago and am really pleased with it. Very good for cooling down the house for my dog aswell . The setting for the airflow are handy and full power is strong.it is very sturdy and quiet when on highly recommend and I am also planning on buying another one so I have one for upstairs and down plus I find they don't use much electric if left on 24 hours

Very cool fan.
I bought this 3 days ago. I chose it as it is supposed to be quiet for use in the bedroom. It was easy to assemble and makes the room cool enough to sleep. However, it was noisier than I expected despite using the sleep mode. Not very loud but a definite hum. I still got to sleep though.

Great fan! but loud
I bought this during the heatwave as mine died in the night and I'm so happy I did! I don't sense a difference from the negative ionization setting but it's a very very good fan! It doesn't bother me personally at all because I could sleep though anything however don't believe the reviews saying it's quiet, this is an incredibly loud fan. The tilt and oscillation feature is great as it's far better for sleeping and reaching the bed well. When I first set it up I had to turn the TV up. Regardless of noise (as long as that doesn't bother you) I'd highly recommend!

Powerful & very cooling but too loud on sleep mode
The fan is very powerful and has an excellent cooling effect; however I find it far too noisy on the sleep mode on low speed. Such a shame as really needed it for the hot and stuffy nights. Also very expensive. Easy to set up and basic controls. I haven’t used the ioniser function yet so can’t comment on that. Overall disappointed.

Great fan with bonus ioniser feature
This unit has been working overtime due to the hot weather lately. Does exactly what it says on the tin but with the added bonus of the ioniser. I did think it would be a gimmick but my living room used to have loads of particles floating in the sunlight and on my TV. Turned on the ioniser function and no more floating particles in the air or on my TV. Obviously £110 is a little steep for a tower fan but when on offer it’s not so bad on your pocket.

Bought to help us sleep on these hot nights. A little noisier than I hoped hence the 4* reviews. It cools as much as I could expect from a fan rather than ac. Useful things like temperature gauge that is lit when fan is on all settings but sleep mode. Delivered promptly in own packaging so less waste. Would recommend.

Not worth the money
I wouldn't waste you're time or money. Had this fan for a couple of days and the level of airflow was poor to the point of not worth having. The ION feature doesn't make any tangible difference to proformance. Positives The fan is very quiet and the oscillating range is good.the tilt function is also quite handy. Overall Not worth the money for the proformance. Would recommend Dreo Nomad One Black Tower Fan ( one i bought at the same time for my sons bedroom )- cheaper and much more powerful.

There are no energy ratings for cooling fans.
The Fan is a sealed unit and can not be opened. We recommend using a damp cloth on the air inlet and outlet regularly.

There is a check that can be completed on the remote and this can be done by putting a smart phone into selfie mode and pointing the remote at the camera. If the remote is working, you will see a flickering light on screen coming from the remote's infrared lens. If you cannot see the light, then a new remote will be required.

Adjust the fan speed by pressing the “Speed” button. There are three speeds - Low, Medium & High and each press will cycle through the speed settings. The speed setting will show on the LED display.

Having checked the manual I can see the M on the display is for mode. You can adjust the speed from low, medium and high by pressing the fan button repeatedly until you reach the desired speed.
