We bought a Toshiba 65" TV which was too big for out TV unit due to the TV's own stand design, we were looking for a central stand which was compatible. It should work fine, but to make absolutely sure you need to check the TV VESA (the distance between the fixing holes on the back of the TV) and the TV Weight. No you can't adjust the height whilst the TV is mounted. You would need to remove the TV first and then reconnect it. The maximum height for your TV depends on where the holes are located on the back of the TV (this is different across all TVs). The maximum height for the top mounting hole on the back of your TV would be 74cm above the base. To work out the height of the TV just measure from the top fixing holes on the TV to be bottom of the TV and subtract that distance from 74cm. Regards, Team AVF.

"The column on the stand can turn 45 degrees. That is 22.5 degrees left and right."
