The Click & Go mechanism makes attachment quick and simple. Installation feedback lets you know you're ready to go. Your little one can travel rearward-facing from birth up to 4 years, as recommended. Forward-facing option available from 15 months when they're ready.
The secure attachment system clicks reassuringly into place each time. Designed to help reduce fitting mistakes, offering peace of mind before every journey. Extended rearward-facing position supports them comfortably during car rides. Not for use in front seats with active airbags. Supervision required at all times.

Not loving it
We went for this one as we purchased the bundle, is not very intuitive. One side fixing is always very difficult to connect with the car hook, keeps closing. Makes a weird noise now that is all connected and being used

Fab narrow base
Easy to instal as just click straight into the car, makes it much easier for moving the seat in and out than using the belts. Lightweight and narrow, works great alongside 3 booster seats.

Really sturdy and secure
T he car base is really sturdy in itself. It was really easy to install and the prongs just push forward into the isofix of my car and clicked straight in. This felt really secure. Then the leg part lowered to the ground. I like how this part has a green part on it to tell you when it’s flush. 59 When placing the car seat on the base itself this also has a green part on it so it’s extra piece of mind to know that the car seat is definitely clicked into the seat and that made me feel more reassured and relaxed to drive. The instructions are ok the base itself so I could use that without even needing to really focus on the leaflet. Really happy with this as also fits the next stage up car seat.

PURCHASED THE MAXI COSI FAMILYFIX CAR SEAT BASE BECAUSE I LIKE THE IDEA OF THE CLICK AND GO INSTALLATION FEATURE AND CAN BE USED FOR BOTH THE PEBBLE S CHILD SEAT REAR FACING FROM BIRTH TO 15 MONTHS AND THEN THE PEARL S CAR SEAT 15 MONTHS TO 4 YEARS CAN BE USED FORWARD FACING, SO ITS A BASE WITH LONGEVITY. ACCESSIBILITY IS A LITTLE AWKWARD AS HAVE TO LEAN INTO. OFFERS MAXIMUM SAFETY FOR MY GRANDCHILD. INSTALLATION ONLY TOOK A COUPLE OF MINUTES USING THE FOLD DOWN LEG AND ISOFIX CONNECTORS. PLUS THE SEAT HAS CLEAR INDICATORS WHICH TELLS YOU THATS ITS INSTALLED CORRECTLY. REASONABLY PROCED AND WOULD RECOMMEND.

I am really pleased with this product, its so easy to install and remove into the car. The design it wonderful, and it is so robust and sturdy. It is so secure with no movement in the car as I'm driving. Would definitely recommend this to anyone with new burns.

Really easy to fit
I have been using this product for the last few weeks and its been great. Really easy to fix into place within tbe car seat and also to secure the baby seat too. It dont not move out of place. Engaging and releasing the car seat has not been a problem either. Wojld really recommend.

The supplier has advised the following for the Maxi Cosi FamilyFix S Isofix Car Seat Base:
"The red kite travel systems come with their own infant carriers" and also, "The Red Kite has its own base iDock Isofix base".
They add that this would/could not be suitable to use with a family fix S, and that "Other brand car seats are not compatible with our bases".
