I bought this because it was lightweight. However, when using the whisks, the batter spirals up and gets caught in the whisks which are a nuisance to clear

I lost one of the feet from my previous scales so they rocked and became unreliable. I like the design of these as the weight sensors aren't on the feet so it should be more reliable . The off timer is quite quick but as long as you aren't interrupted while using them should not be a problem.. The platform is a bit smaller than I would like but it's not been a problem so far.
