Good coffee, but messy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Makes good coffee, but it's a bit messy. It's simple to use and quite straightforward, and I love you can warm milk up too. The only issue I have with this machine is that when putting the coffee in the well with the spoon provided, it often goes everywhere.

Perfect coffee everytime

Pretty good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was expecting this to be heavy - not at all! Super easy to move around. We’ve put it in our guest room and it’s perfect for guests to make a morning coffee for themselves! It’s quite small, but it does the job for sure! Didn’t come with a milk jug, so luckily already had one to be able to use it. Deffo good for making espressos. Really handy to be able to put pods in there as well!

Kitchen Must Have!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving this Espresso machine! I especially love that you can use Nespresso capsules OR your own grounds. To make it even better, it has a steam wand so if you want a frothy coffee you can! Versatile and fabulous! It's quite small and compact, so it takes up hardly and room in my kitchen, but it's used every single day. I love that I can make an Espresso at-home and not have to queue at the coffee shop. Stylish machine that’s easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really decent coffee machine that performs quick and well for a decent frothy coffee. It is a really solid and durable design that works well in my kitchen as the silver and black sleek finish tie in with my other appliances. It is reasonably heavy; not lightweight and cheap feeling but once in place it’s great. It heats up quickly and is easy to use. It cools down fairly quickly and overall is easy to keep clean. I’ve had no issues at all with this and think it’s a great option for an at home coffee.

I’m obsessed!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am totally obsessed with this coffee machine - it makes me feel like a barista, albeit unskilled! 🤫 It came well and securely packaged - arrived in perfect condition with all the parts securely wrapped and protected. Once the tank is filled up with water and the machine is turned on, it takes only a minute or two to get the machine up to temperature. I have used it with ground beans and also with nespresso pods - I’ve been debating buying a nespresso machine for ages and now I don’t have to! It’s my favourite part of it! The milk steamer function is great - my only criticism of this is that I would have preferred the wand to be longer as it can be difficult to effectively steam milk.

Not very impressive unfortunately

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not 100% impressed with this, the steam wand adds bubbles too fast and sometimes water too (even though you have it on steam not water) so you get really watery milk that’s never hot enough before it overflows. The coffee itself comes out fine but is very weak and watery, I have read that maybe grinding beans coarser may help. The nespresso part worked better but still a bit watery. The machine looks great on my shelf but functionality is not very impressive, the machine comes up with flashing errors after each setting you press and had to be turned off and back on again to work. Lastly, even though we ran through multiple times with hot water before use, there is still a very chemical taste around everything.
