Not very impressed
Have only used this for ten days. Picture and sound quality are very good, speed is reasonable. Some of the drivers were outdated and had to be updated, not something you'd expect with a new laptop. Tabs frequently become unresponsive, and keyboard sometimes goes into caps lock when the caps lock isn't on. Power button is in an unusual place and can be difficult to find.

I have now purchased this and it does have Word but what it doesnt tell you is that Word only lasts for 5 days! Disappointed!
