Customers Say
Basic BT cordless phones are easy to set up and use, offering good value, but many users find the volume and ringtone too low, lack of loudspeaker, and poor screen readability limiting, especially for elderly or hard of hearing.

Not for elderly
Replacement for OAP not what expected from a BT hand set, very basic units downgrade from previous units. Looked good and work fine but screen difficult to read and no loud speaker built in not useful for elderly.

Not great
No loud speaker function like on my old set, wish I'd checked. Volume function is poor, so can't hear anything unless I hold right up to my ear. Delay when I press the button, then it suddenly reacts/ watch up so difficult to dial. Lightweight handsets, ring tone is too quiet. Shan't by this brand again.
