Terrible!
we've had this a week. Not being technically minded we found this a nightmare to install. Despite watching on YouTube we could find no sign of anywhere to insert the charger cable. Eventually our son after searching every inch of it, found it hidden in a recess underneath, almost too small to see. it looked like a tiny screw hole. The ring tone - when it's working - is far too quiet and now neither the main phone or either of the two handsets are functioning.

Poor quality and performance
I bought this as a temporary measure to replace my land line phone. Handset not very stable in dock and display not clear. Unable to increase ring tone to audible level.
