User-friendly phone
This is a nice straightforward phone which met my need for a simple, plug and play phone. It has the basic features I need, but haven't really checked out beyond simple phone functionality. Efficient ordering and pick up at Argos in a local Sainsbury's.

Lacking in some features
Not impressed. The screen could have better backlighting and the numbers are hard to read because of the font being used. Also there is no handsfree, which I expected there would be and should be in this modern age of technology.
