Customers Say
Basic cordless phone with good clarity and easy setup, but low volume, no loudspeaker, and poor ringtone noted. Good value for money but not ideal for hard of hearing users.

Inexpensive Phones but to low volume control
I bought these phones but returned them , the quality didn’t seem the best not like the BT ones I replaced but they were inexpensive so probably reflected in the price we upgraded, mainly as the volume control was still very low the ring tone was low , also I like to put it in speaker phone as far as I could see there wasn’t one , we are elderly but don’t have hearing problems but if you were slightly hard of hearing it’s not the best , if the volume went higher than 5 may I would have kept them but no loud speak button that was definitely a deciding factor .

Good quality sound.
Being hard of hearing I found being able to increase the sound very important to me. It is very clear as well. There was no instruction for setting the date and time but intuitive to an extent but one gets in a loop as no indication the task is done and disappointing it is not permanently displayed on the screen for reference. I have yet to enter all the contact numbers I hope will be somewhat easier.

A good priced phone overall that works well
I purchased 2 of these phones which work very well .The only disappointment was that that one phone had been sold and returned and the charge cable and plug was missing also protective film etc Luckily I had a spare cable off my old phone . Suggest to Argos that refund are checked before reselling
