I purchased the this vacuum cleaner as it looked the right one for me. Unfortunately I found it difficult to use. The attachments were difficult to attach and the instructions were printed in the tiniest and palest print. I couldn’t remove the hose from the machine as it was so tight. I am a senior lady and I have arthritis in my hands.

Best vacuum cleaner I've used
I brought this recently and I'm very very happy with it. Its very light weight to move around, smooth operating and vacuums very well. User friendly too. Well worth the money spent and compared to those crazy expensive ones out there, this is great. Highly recommend. 5 stars ⭐

Good suction
This is a good hoover, very good suction for a great price. My only complaint is that it is abit difficult to attach the hose to the attachments and i struggle to get them apart again

I purchased this vacuum it does what I wanted to do I had cat hairs in the carpet my old cleaner didn't pick them up this vac seems to pickup 99.8% of hairs very happy with this vac

FABULOUS LONG LEAD
Bought for the 13 metre long lead to plug in downstairs and reach the bedrooms which it does with ease The only vacuum I could find with this, the suction is okay, no manoeuvrability which is annoying but it does lay flat to go under sofa -attachments good a bit of fiddling about and quite stiff to clip onto the hose but managed in the end Easy to empty the dust container and lightweight so good for carrying up the stairs Fair hoover for the price .. but you get what you pay for

Good vacuum for the money. Cannot work out how to use attachments despite instructions but this is most likely me! Lightweight and good manoeuvrability. Good suction but find needs emptying with each use. On the whole happy with purchase

Love It, again!
This is my 3rd Vax Pet Max upright. I love them. My last one lasted 12 years. The new one has a few different points, such as where the handle and vacuum tube fit together, which I actually find a little awkward, but if that is all I have to complain about, I think it's ok. I recently used a friends Vax, but hers wasn't as strong as this one, and the long length cord really does make it so much easier.

Yes. But I believe the brush only works when the slider on the front, which you alter for deep carpets or laminate, is on a particular side, it does not work on both.
