Could do better.
It's lightweight and cheap. The brushes are not motorised, so don't pick human or cat hairs up. On full power, it sucks so hard on the carpet that it's impossible to push, and I'm a fit 58 year old! It will do for now, but I wouldn't buy another.

Great suction, it picks up Husky hair no problem, very light to manoeuvre. My only gripe is the assembly instructions could be more detailed as took a while to work out where to fix the pick up hose to as looks like it goes in top of handle but it doesn’t.

Yes. But I believe the brush only works when the slider on the front, which you alter for deep carpets or laminate, is on a particular side, it does not work on both.
