The grinder itself is ok but I think the strength of the battery is a disgusting the amount of time you get out of the battery is nonsense I think black and decker should supply a minimum battery power of at 3.0AH this 2.0AH is useless when trying to to cut a medium size chain link

Cordless angle grinder excellent kit.

Bought this for a job where no mains power available. Balance is very good, cutting disks (3) good quality not the thin cheap ones. Excellent idea of stowing the disk key in the handle so more torque to release the disk. Plenty of cutting power and does not bog down under load. Price was competitive, battery compatible with drill driver. Overall good bit of kit, and decent carry toolbar also.

Great addition to my tool kit.

As a very occasional diy er I am new to using a grinder but it was suprisingly easy! The instructions are basic but enough and i was able to get started very quickly. It comes with 3 disk blades and a handle which attatches to the side. I found the handle to be really essential for balance and keeping the weight even. There is also a battery and charger and a bag to store it all in. I used the grinder to cut the corners of some flagstones on my driveway and it was very easy to use the grinder. Thanks to the side handle it was very controllable making the cuts precise with minimal effort. I also used it to cut some metal poles and once again it was a clean precise cut. Overall it was easy to set up and very easy to use. It did exactly what i needed it to do and made light work of it.

Great addition to your toolkit

I have been using this grinder for a few days now and I’m impressed. The grinder comes with a 2.0 Ah battery, charger, set of three discs, side handle, and soft carry bag). The build feels solid, the brushless motor delivers crisp power for both cutting and grinding, and the 125 mm disc size combined with the three-position handle really enhances control in tight spots. It’s a superb all‑rounder for tile, metal, rust, and general DIY work. The only negative I could point out is the battery life, it’s good for about 20 minutes of continuous heavy duty use, so you’ll need extra batteries or frequent breaks to recharge the battery. Overall, though, I’d still recommend this as a portable choice for light-to-medium jobs.

Great tool to have in your kit!

This Black & Decker brushless grinder is a brilliant tool to have in your kit and is good for cutting tiles, stones and other masonry, as well as cleaning rust off metal and other items. Setting up was easy, took just a couple of minutes. I like that the handle is multifunctional as it also stores the locking tool to hold your cutting discs in place. It comes with three discs, one battery and a charger. This tool is also part of the Black & Decker 18v range, so if you are looking for a set of complementary tools this would be a good choice. Quality wise, its exactly the high quality you would expect from Black & Decker. Once the battery is on the grinder it is fairly weighty, but it is evenly distributed and doesn't affect use. Once fully charged you can expect 20 to 30 minutes run time, if your task is particularly intensive I think it would be up to 20 mins or so. Overall a really good product, and it comes with the addition of a bag too to keep everything stored neatly.

Slim line grinder

Brilliant grinder a well balanced machine, one of the great features is you can rap your hand around the body of the grinder as it’s very slim ensuring ease of use and for safety reasons. Used to cut limestone tiles, metal and stone which cut with precision and ease. Battery life was excellent lasted surprisingly long time cutting around 30 tiles before needing recharging. One downside it has no charge indicated on battery so just stops when run out of charge - but all in all brilliant machine

This Black and Decker brushless and cordless Angle Grinder comes with a handy storage bag, 3 grinding discs, a lithium ion battery and a charger all branding the Black and Decker logo. Without the attachments, the tool itself is quite weighty, but the attaching handle is perfect for balance distribution allowing more control and a firmer grip. The tool will need a spanner to attach the discs, this did not come with the product. The battery fixes on and off with relative ease, and there is a handy storage bag with masses of space leftover after you put everything into it. There are 3 discs included, and has a soft start function which i find is great and its a bonus that its cordless too. The instructions are not very clear, and important safety information seems to be spread out in different areas. So make sure you read thoroughly before you start. This item also comes with a 2 year guarentee which is comforting. All in all, this is a great piece of equipment, with thoughts for comfort and user safety in mind, and everything is included.There does need to be a review on the instruction manual to make things easier and clearer for the novice user. However, I do recommend this product.
