Best music
Well i bought this after me and my wife had been to York for a couple of day's we had a good walk around, a couple of beer's then we came upon a richer sound shop. We had read a few reviews on said item and were very good. Now I like Bose always have but they have from may the 6th stopped updates for the soundtouch speakers. So we went into the shop to have a look at the Ruark R3s and we were given a demonstration and I was very impressed. When we got back home I went and bought one straight. And I must say it sounds as good as it looks clear tones, voices and acoustics. I would definitely recommend this item. And it plays cd's. Easy to up. WiFi friendly to.

Super piece of equipment

Compact quality music system
I was introduced to the Ruark music system by a friend who has one for some years and having downsized three years ago I needed a more compact music system than the NAD system that I had previously. The latest Ruark R3S more than fits the bill and while not cheap it represents excellent value for money in quality of sound, the style and finish of the product and it’s versatility being able to CD’s of various formats, DAB, Amazon Music and receive Internet radio plus the ability to play from a USB stick and even has line-in for a record deck. I am absolutely delighted with my purchase and cannot recommend it highly enough. A further bonus is that setting up and the cluster of controls are intuitive in operation. Full marks to Ruark.

A pleasing purchase
I am very happy with the R3S that I purchased to replace a separate system which included a network streamer and BMW Zepplin speakers. I like the compact design and the sound cannot be faulted whether playing popular music, classical music listening to audiobooks. The application is the weather a disappointment I need some work to be user-friendly.

Transformed radio listening
Since buying the R3S we have used it every day to listen to radio stations we have not listened to for years. CDs which have been stored unused for years have been rediscovered.

I bought this a month ago and am absolutely delighted with it. Having no hearing and extremely high pitched permanent tinnitus in my right ear only means for myself and others who may experience similar difficulties, the joy of sound coming from this beautiful music system is just utterly delightful. Great sound stylish looks
I really like this audio system as it looks good and sounds great. My only thoughts on things that could be improved would be the manual that comes in the box. A more comprehensive version would certainly help with the setup. I’m sure a more detailed one is available online but not everyone is geared up to access information in this format. Apart from that I would really recommend the system and its sound quality.
