Needs product improvement.
It is already showing signs of internal scaling, luckily I have those descale tablets at hand, I am assuming the metal work is of poor quality to be scaling so quickly. Could do with being quieter on the boil, at the moment it's sounding above the telly, but in its favour the boiling for up to 3 cups is quick. Otherwise it does what it says on the box.
