Attitude changer
Bought this product the other day, very reluctantly. On the basis that in the past I have bought 3 what I will describe as budget home printers and they became the bane of my life. In as much as I either couldn't connect to the printer from any device (wireless or cable) or the ink cartridge whether it came with the device or I bought after ran i very quickly. Hence for the past so and so many years I have been paying for my printing at the library. However this printer seems to have changed my myth that you can only print if you work in an office! This is mainly due to the HP instant ink service which has your back when it comes to running out of ink and with 3 months free ink, even i can't grumble with that. Overall a great little printer which produces high quality prints and easy to connect and install, even for a technophobe like me.

Missing Ink
Tri colour cartridge almost empty, black cartridge missing, so likely to have been returned to store and resold, but packaging all looked ok so couldn't tell. Purchased for a family member so not practical to return. Easy to plug in with USB (my cable, not supplied), can't comment on print quality.

Good value basic printer
Would have preferred the white version of this printer (HP 2922) but it’s 50% more expensive. This printer is ideal for occasional use, and the free 3 months of HP’s ink-on-demand service is a bonus. Easy to set up. It takes slightly more space on my desk compared with my old HP printer because the paper feeds from the top rear rather than the front, but that’s a minor quibble.
