Best investment for coffee lovers
I got this coffee machine as a birthday present and I've loved it from the moment it arrived. It takes a couple tries to get the grind settings and amounts right, but thanks to the machine's learning capabilities it's incredibly user friendly. Would 100% recommend it to anyone who's wanting to enjoy fresh coffee that tastes like it's been bought from a coffee shop from home. It's definitely an investment, but calculating the amount I've spent on takeaway coffeee, the investment will make itself back within the first couple months.

Sturdy and simple machine
Love this machine. I used to have a bambino plus, but that packed in and I replaced with a bambino which I never thought made particularly nice coffee. I've been coveting the express impress for some time and finally bit the bullet when the price was right. Lovely coffee, the machine feels sturdy, the operation is simple. The steam wand takes a while to get going, but this isn't really an issue. The water capacity is good so not refilling all the time, the drip tray gathers a lot, not sure whether that is to be expected or not. No issues so far, extremely happy with my purchase and also the beanz subscription, from which we have had some delicious beans that I would not ordinarily try.

Great Coffee Delivered Consistantly
Replaced my 10 year old Barista Express ( which had given me sterling service) with a Barista Express Impress and am as pleased with it as I was with the previous one. I really like the tamping mechanism with provides a consistency of puck/shot that only a barista could achieve. It's a solid construction, looks good in the kitchen and produces exceptional coffee. What's not to like

It’s easy to use
We have had this machine for 3 weeks now. We have had a barista express before so we were looking to improve the mess from the coffee grounds. This machine is much better in that respect. We are still adjusting it to make the perfect cup of coffee but feel we are nearly there. The water spout splashes water on the machine and around the worktop.

Great machine . Gives a lovely coffee . Still can’t seem to master the correct foam for art but that’s more me than the machine . Scratches very easily even when I’m super careful . So far so good though . Happy I bought it

My 25yr old barista was replaced by the Sage Express. So far not disappointed at…. in fact I fell in love at hello. Looks so beautiful. Very easy to set up. So many clever thoughts are there to assist with the perfect coffee & it’s very simple to use. Hope it lasts just as long. Love it!
