You're ready to train seriously at home without joining a gym. This Marcy Smith Cage System combines multiple pieces of equipment in one rugged setup. It's got a multi-position pull-up bar and removable dip bars for bodyweight exercises. The adjustable bench lets you customise seat and back pad angles for comfort. There's a leg developer, preacher curl pad, and landmine attachment included.

The system handles bench press, butterfly press, pec dec, and leg extensions. You'll work triceps, biceps, lats and legs with the pulley system. Landmine handles unlock squats and twists on the landmine station. The sealed bearing pulley moves smoothly through every rep. Adjust the bench seat to 16, 8 or 0 degrees for different exercises.
