Great piece of kit!
Very pleased so far (10 days). Initially really bought for the submarine. Hard (tiled) floors definitely look cleaner and the dirty water suggests that dirt has been removed. I have shied away from battery appliances thinking it would be inconvenient but it’s much easier to mop the floors with this on a daily basis. It does not perform well on rough slate tiles (not surprised based on other reviews) but it is good for ceramic tiles even those with some texture. The vacuum is amazing when you see what a new Dyson picks up that an old Dyson leaves behind! Battery life is good. The various attachments make it perfect for stairs and the car meaning it’s good value for money (especially with the seasonal discount).

Efficient and impressive.
Bought this Dyson as a replacement for an ageing early model that has successfully performed for a decade with no problems, other than reduction in battery life and ‘floppy’ joints. Still works and hope this new machine will perform as well and as long!

Ample suction
We are pleased with our purchase. Before buying we wondered whether a machine with more powerful suction would be better, but even on the lowest setting the suction on the V10 is ample. In our particular situation the base unit when sited near a power point, does not allow for the pipe and cleaning head to remain attached to the main machine. A separate additional wall mounting for the pipe and cleaning head, and possibly other attachments, sited where there is no power point, would be a neat solution.

Cordless bliss
My whole family is so happy with this new cord free vacuum. It’s been so easy to set up, charge and change the tools. All of us have enjoyed the process of the easy charging, tools swapping and even the basket emptying. My whole house has never been so clean as this vacuum is designed so well, all of are happy to use it each day. With a quick charge and interchangeable tools, I can clean the hall stairs, bathrooms and baseboards in under 10minutes. No more lugging a heavy corded vacuum around and finding an outlet! It’s strange but the head space I have back is wonderful!
