[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use and clean. Looks durable, hopefully it will last as both my partner and I like to use it for knee and elbow relief. It fits us both so it's quite versatile. It's already cool as you take it out of the box so it can be used straight away. It's lightweight, feels soft and is very comfortable to wear. It won't get rid of all your problems but it does help with reducing swelling and pain.

God send for muscle injuries

Wipeable material to ensure it’s clean, and not too bulky so fits in a bag to carry around. It came in a hard box with instructions.

Hassle free and highly durable.

It has done good to my knee pain, both hot and cold. So easy to use and clean as well. I can see it using it a lot for my knee pain.

Comfortable and effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Homedics Knee Ice Pack Sleeve. The soft fabric is comfortable and it provides great relief for sore, stiff joints. It's easy to use hot or cold, just heat it for warmth or freeze it for cooling relief. The contoured design makes it comfortable and effective.

It's cool and tight (but no excessively so) even when room temperature. But pop it in the freezer or heat it up and it's even better. It takes up no room at all, and it easy to use. It's quite stretchy and fits nicely around the knee.

Great for pain and comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The effect it has on pain and discomfort for my knees is unreal, the relief its given me i wish there was a full body suit for my whole body, its great. Really like the idea that you can have it cold and warm, ive popped in the freezer and ive warmed up in the microwave, the sleeve is really soft and i love that you can use it on elbow too, its super comfy. Fab idea for a product thats going to help with pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This homedics hot & cold knee relief is so easy to use. The gel inside the knee sleeve is already very cold and is very soothing. I also used this hot from the microwave. It is so easy to heat up and even easier to pop in the freezer to cool. Just make sure you put it in the handy plastic bag inside to stop the material getting damp. It is quite light weight but very effective, it can also be used on the elbow.

Due to the one size fits all design it can also be used on the elbow making it a very versatile product, being able to be used by most of the family but also portable. The sleeve is lightweight, and made from comfortable, soft material that feels gentle on the skin. It has a clean, natural smell, making it pleasant to use with no chemical smell. You can still flex and move your joints with ease, without having to worry about the sleeve falling off or rolling. The sleeve is easy to remove not pulling on any hair or sticking to your skin, even after being heated and frozen. Its simple to use, can either freeze for 2 hours for a cooling effect or heat in the microwave for 30 seconds. Easy to store and can be rolled or folded to store easily. This product is fantastic offering fast and effective releif from muscle and joint pain.

Reliable warm and cold therapy sleeve.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Homedics Knee Ice Pack Sleeve is very heavy, but pleasant to the touch and comfortable support sleeve that can be heated in the microwave or cooled in the freezer for a cold compress. I've tried both options, and I definitely prefer the warm version. Of course everything depends on what do we need. The heath feels very soothing, although i have to mention that it doesn't stay warm for very long and the temperature drops quite quickly. The sleeve is very easy to put on, without any unnecessary straps or fastenings, which makes it really convenient to use. I also appreciate that it fits both the knee and the elbow. The material is fairly flexible, but I do think it might be difficult to put on for people with wide legs. Overall, it does exactly what the manufacturer promises. I'm 100% sure we will be using it regularly, both as a cold and warm compress. It looks well made and durable, and I hope it will last a long time.

Really does help

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had 3 operations on one knee. It becomes tired and painful and feels heavy. I’ve used this both from the freezer and the microwave. The relief is amazing. It fits snug but not tight. So easy to slide on. The material is very comfortable against the skin. You get a sense of compression from it. Easy to store as it comes in a small bag. Fits in my drawer nicely when not in use. Easy to wipe clean if needed.
