We got this for the kitchen based on reviews, I like it's responsiveness, the freely integration and overall use, it's just the sound of either loud or too low, it's pitch and to make hearing dialogue and issue..we will need but a sound bar . You can hear the TV loud upstairs but it seems to not be focused .. it's a very light TV .. It's recommendable still for the price

Product review
I spent 3 hours setting up the TV and so far I am disappointed with the purchase. The positioning of the 2 HDMI inputs are restrictive and I have had to purchase additional cabling and connectors in order to use them. Additionally there is no Scart connector so I will have to find a solution for my DVD player. The Vidaa operating system provides a curated app store so I am unable to use a National Theatre and I will have to purchase a Chromecast or Roku stick to act as a bridge for this and other apps I would want to use. Preset viewing modes either give a preference to the red spectrum or have too much backlight with excessive contrast making for a milky image. I have spent some hours trying out the manual settings only to return to the dynamic setting on the preset. With the sound options this has too much treble and it took me some time and a lot of trial and error before I found something that was acceptable.Viewing angles are as expected with progressive deterioration with the angle of view. I found that anything beyond 40 degrees was best avoided so the furniture in the room has been arranged to accommodate this. Lastly the operating system needs to be considered as it may not be compatible with user wishes and with regard to the home screen this seems to be a jungle of images and sounds.. In conclusion I am left with a lot of uncertainty. No doubt I will get used to the product in time and one has to bear in mind that the cost of the appliance for a Qled TV is exceptionally competitive to the major brands. My major suggestion to the manufacturer is to go back to user testing and get its presets for sound and image amended plus redesign the messy home screen .Please work with app providers to extend your curated options. I am sure that the amendments I suggest will increase your sales! AND lastly please redesign your mother board so that the external inputs have clear access!
