Only just bought this but easy set up, great picture and sound. Only negative is that the legs are near each end of the TV, so you gave to a wife table to stand it on. Otherwise it's great.

Excellent TV quality - better than well known bran
Bought this Hisense TV a few weeks ago and this is by far the best Smart TV we have purchased and outperforms all the well known brands hands down. Very easy set up guide and has Freely which is similar to Freeview offering all the free to air channels and also additional free streaming channels. Picture quality excellent and very clear with vibrant colours, sound is very good so no need to increase sound. Seamless access to all apps - even ITVX now works with no issues in our bedroom whereas before it didn't. We are so impressed by this brand of TV we are now going to buy a new TV for the lounge. If you are considering a new TV don't buy any of the well known brands and buy Hisense which so much better quality.

This feature (often called Live Pause or Time‑Shift) is not available on this model, even though it supports the Freely platform.''

"Customer needs to check within app section (through the tv menu) if Paramount plus app is already there.
If not, customer should try to download app from the app store, here's the procedure:
1.Navigate to the App Store on your VIDAA home screen.
2.Search for "Paramount+" in the app section.
3.Download and install the app.
4.Log in with your existing account or sign up directly through the app."
