About this product
The Dyson PC1 Cool Air Purifier delivers clean, cool air right where you need it, combining powerful purification with smooth, refreshing airflow. Using HEPA H13 filtration, it captures 99.95% of microscopic particles down to 0.1 microns - including allergens, pollen and dust - whilst automatically sensing and trapping pollutants to keep your home healthier. Suitable for rooms up to 27 square meters, it purifies your space evenly with a CADR rating of 53 for smoke, pollen and dust, so you're breathing cleaner air throughout.
With 10 speed settings, you can dial in exactly the cooling and purification level you want, from gentle background filtration to fast, powerful airflow when things heat up. The MyDyson app lets you control and monitor air quality from anywhere, giving you complete flexibility over your indoor environment. Quiet operation means it won't disturb your day or night, and the built-in night light adds a gentle glow. The washable HEPA filter is included and easy to maintain, whilst the slim design fits neatly into any room. It comes with a 2-year manufacturer's guarantee for peace of mind.

A Disappointing Buy
Although the item looked impressive, there were no instructions to help me get it going. Looking at the display panel for an older person is not as helpful as might be supposed. Once activated we were disappointed by its performance.
Boo hoo
More gentle breeze than cyclone
Bought this a few weeks ago and have mixed views. Looks great, love the look and the magnetic feature that keeps the remote control safe. Cleans the air well and is very quiet even on full power. Downsides are that its not as powerful as you would expect from a Dyson. Traditioal oscilating fans will deloiver far greater air flow which is both suprising and disappointing given the cost and brand name. For the masters of cyclone technology, this is more gentle breeze than Oklahoma. Come on Dyson, we need to be able to turn this upto eleven, maybe a gale force button / feature?

Indispensable!
Couldn’t do without My Dyson machine. It has been a lifeline during the heat waves. It’s very quiet and has improved airflow!

Great and very quiet.
Use the purifier in my bedroom in auto. It is very efficient and keeps the bedroom cool, very quietly. Excellent and well worth the price tag.

Not bad
Not as powerful as I thought it would be. Seems as though needs to be on 10 full power to really make a difference to coolness of room. Positive - very quiet. Seems to filter well.

Purifier Cool PC1
Initially bought for both it's cooling and air filtration function. Cooling wise quite a good room fan though more noticeably felt in smaller spaces (which is to be expected). Also worth noting it's obviously not an air conditioner so like all other fans is limited to how much it can cool given the environment. The only issue we have found is that the air seems to only really be felt from the upper half which is a shame as it is a little too high for the dogs. Air filtration wise is a little more difficult to assess but my partners sinuses certainly seem a little clearer than usual especially given the high pollen count as of late. The apps a nice feature especially if your feeling a little hot and lazy to find the remote. Also helpful in monitoring for when the air filter will need to be changed. All in all pleased with my purchase though a little pricey. Smart looking fan and no risk of curious noses getting injured by moving parts.
