Good choice!
I have replaced my Ponti Steam Generator with this Tefal and am very pleased with it. The hand iron is light to hold - it glides easily on the fabrics I’ve tried so far. Just the right amount of steam is produced but be careful if holding down fabric for a pleat or shoulder as the steam can catch your fingers. The water tank is easy to fill. I haven’t yet opened the descale unit to empty it but have opened it to test it. Overall this unit is a good choice.

Excellent quality from Tefal again
This is my third Tefal iron and am not disappointed. This new model makes it easier to iron the fiddly areas and ironing overall is a pleasure. So glad I went with Tefal again.

Tefal eco steam generator
Great machine hopefully it will last15 years like my old one. Doesn’t have the cord retractable element which is the only element I would mark it down. Great steam power and a great sole plate. As a man who does his own laundry, it makes ironing a joy not a chore. My last Tefal steam generator lasted 15+ years and was a star.
