Could do better
I purchased this a few weeks ago, picture sound is great. 2 remote controls why? Only 4 hdmi connection s no guide to help set up. Great tv but for 500 pounds would have expected more connectivity and user guide would be good.

A LOAD OF TROUBLE
BOUGHT THIS ON THE 29-04-2026 AND I HAVE SENT WORD THAT I AM SENDING IT BACK PICTURE KEEPS CHANGING LIGHT COLOUR ON ITS OWN. YOU HAVE TO RESET THE SOUND EVERY TIME YOU SWITCH IT ON. THE SOUND BAR SIDE DOES NOT WORK TRIED TWO SOUND BARS AND ONE SPEAKER. IT TAKE THREE MINUTES TO START UP. APART FROM ALL THIS THE PICTURE AND SOUND ARE GOOD WHEN YOU GET IT GOING

If only it were not "smart" - it's erratic at best
I returned it in less than a month because the "smart" TV was erratic at best. The Sony TV bit might be OK. The built-in Google TV bit kept working then not working then working then not working totally randomly. I have only bought Sony TVs since maybe the early 1980s. The last two (bought this year) were a disaster. I have now replaced them with two LG TVs (which don't have Google TV) and they appear to work OK. I can only wish simple, non-smart TVs were still available... "Smart" in this case means "unreliable"...

Bit Dissapointed
Excellent picture (which is what it is all about really).....but was very disappointed that I when connected my bluetooth headphones the sound from the TV speakers stopped. I am hard of hearing and use bluetooth headphones to watch TV with my wife.....For us both to hear the TV I have had to purchase a optical bluetooth transmitter.......I didn't have that problem with my old Sony Bravia

Bought my tv about 6 weeks ago. So many features to use. I'm 76 and not a technophob so it will take me a wee while to come to grips with all of them

A good product
We are quite pleased with our new Sony Bravia 3. It appears to be more capable than I am when trying to set it up to our liking. One thing we don't like is that we don't appear to be able to turn it off from our sky remote, yet we can turn it on from that remote.

Thanks for the reply. The tv is capable of playing a fantastic picture because setting up my Netflix, Amazon, Now TV ect, it said, your tv is running at 1080p, do you want to upgrade for a fee, of course, and now the screen is stunning. So it has the capabilities if you pay in multiple subscriptions. However terrestrial tv is free, and nowhere in the settings can you upgrade the picture quality. Its like viewing tv in 90s - 2003. Please DO NOT BUY this tv. Its really upsetting for the money.
Hello Lisa,
I can advise the following for the Sony Bravia 3 43inch K43S35BP LED HDR 4K Ultra HD Google TV:
You would know if there was a film as it's clearly noted within the packaging and has tabs that you need to pull to remove it. The model here is stated to not have one.
In terms of your issue with the picture quality, we would suggest contact Sony on this to see if it's a display fault, they are best to answer the questions and troubleshooting as it's their product, we are just the selling platform.
Thanks for using Q & A.
