I am not particularly tech savvy so this review is a very basic one. We already have a Sony Bravia bought 5 years ago. it is still working fine and we have been pleased with it, so when we decided to replace an old, non smart, TV it was a no brainer to get another Sony Bravia. I think this new one is a step up, especially the sound quality. I would say the picture quality is on a par with our old one but then that is good anyway. Wasn't sure about the Google TV but that is working out fine. All in all very pleased.

Bought it for Christmas. It's so complicated for instance I bought this model to enable me to pause and record live TV. Also purchased a external HDD but have never been able to set it up. On Google there are many suggestions one that I need to do it via the sony TV guide. But I can't find it. Wish now I had bought something cheaper as this is a waste of money.

Good quality set
Great picture once you decide on your definitive settings (colour,depth and blackness levels are subjective). Sound is good although we’re currently experiencing a glitch where sound goes off and the only remedy seems to be turning the set off then on. Still it’s fairly infrequent and doesn’t spoil our enjoyment. PS5 games look fab on the 65 screen as do IMAX rendered versions of movies.

Good quality but not the easiest to set up and use
The TV itself is great, had Sony Bravia before. I had not realised it was a 'google' TV, I'm used to Freeview which you can pause and rewind live TV which is a blow. Minimal paper manual, online manual hard to follow for us who lack tech skills.
