Incredible TV
Massssive TV. I was slightly worried about the screen quality as Bravia 3 is Sony’s entry-level TVs but I shouldn’t have been because the colours and the crispness is excellent. Sure, it lacks the OLED deep blacks but really it does really well and picture quality is exceptional for its class. You pay extra for Sony but it really is because their picture processing is 2nd to none

Brilliant TV - Except Disney+ App Audio Sync
I love this TV. It has a bright and crisp display and great sound. There's one little thing that lets it down and that's the audio sync on Disney+ when played through the app (though fine through Chromecast). The lag turns up without fail within minutes of playing the media. Both the app and TV firmware is up to date and I've tried the various workarounds, but only the Chromecast option works. I don't seem to have the problem with any other apps, but didn't have the problem with Disney+ on my old LG TV. Brilliant telly, awful app!

Screen protector is actually the screen
Partially unpeeled polarised screen thinking it was a screen protector! Luckily only a small part but not clear in packaging, manual or instructions. Would have been a fabulous TV

Brought for my 91 year old mother inlaw . The screen is big and clear for her eyesight. We got it because we have a 43" sony Bravia and it is easy to use and easy to navigate through the menu's. She did have an LG that failed outside is 1 year warranty ( with Sony we got 6 year Warranty Included.

Purchased a few weeks ago, extremely nervous about buying new televisions, I did not need to be. Beautiful picture, so clear, colours are amazing, I honestly didn't realise how bad my previous television was until I purchased this one. Amazing price for such quality. Very happy.

Thanks for the reply. The tv is capable of playing a fantastic picture because setting up my Netflix, Amazon, Now TV ect, it said, your tv is running at 1080p, do you want to upgrade for a fee, of course, and now the screen is stunning. So it has the capabilities if you pay in multiple subscriptions. However terrestrial tv is free, and nowhere in the settings can you upgrade the picture quality. Its like viewing tv in 90s - 2003. Please DO NOT BUY this tv. Its really upsetting for the money.

You would know if there was a film as it's clearly noted within the packaging and has tabs that you need to pull to remove it. The model here is stated to not have one.
In terms of your issue with the picture quality, we would suggest contact Sony on this to see if it's a display fault, they are best to answer the questions and troubleshooting as it's their product, we are just the selling platform.
