Good Picture Quality, nice size for the room its used in, has all the Apps I use pre installed and has you view/ Catchup too, sound quality is fine but I have it connected to a sound bar that I am using as a Bluetooth speaker when the tv is not on.

Easy setup and excellent display and sound quality
Normally buy another brand of tv but noticed the difference in the graphics, so decided to go with this one, glad I did. It was easy to set up, sound quality is far better than the other brand. Love how theres 2 remotes one an older version for those who struggle with all the mod cons and a remote with all the latest apps e.g Netflix.

Our 4th Sony TV and I'm very impressed at the continued quality of the brand and set up was so simple ! You definitely need a soundbar with most modern TVs to get the best out of them but a feature pack TV with excellent picture quality.

A great improvement on our previous TV
We wanted a new TV with a larger screen, partly so that we could read the questions more easily on quiz shows. When visiting our local Sony retailer, we were advised to get a 43" screen and were recommended the Bravia 3 HDR smart TV. We were not disappointed. The picture is much clearer than our previous Samsung TV and we enjoy watching TV more as a result, particularly the quiz shows. The store arranged for someone to come and set the TV up and fix it to the wall. This went well. However, we are concerned that it would appear you cannot have the TV speakers and Bluetooth headphones working at the same time. We need this because my wife uses the headphones due to hearing problems but I use the normal TV speakers. That apart we are very pleased with this TV and would recommend it.

Thanks for the reply. The tv is capable of playing a fantastic picture because setting up my Netflix, Amazon, Now TV ect, it said, your tv is running at 1080p, do you want to upgrade for a fee, of course, and now the screen is stunning. So it has the capabilities if you pay in multiple subscriptions. However terrestrial tv is free, and nowhere in the settings can you upgrade the picture quality. Its like viewing tv in 90s - 2003. Please DO NOT BUY this tv. Its really upsetting for the money.

You would know if there was a film as it's clearly noted within the packaging and has tabs that you need to pull to remove it. The model here is stated to not have one.
In terms of your issue with the picture quality, we would suggest contact Sony on this to see if it's a display fault, they are best to answer the questions and troubleshooting as it's their product, we are just the selling platform.
