Excellent quality
I brought this TV as a Xmas present to myself & my partner as our other one was 17 years old & the sound was going on some of the programmes ,we knew Sony was a good make so a trip to Curry's & a lovely young man called brad showing us this TV we were looking at to show us the amazing picture & sound not to mention the 65 inch size ,it's brilliant it took a little while to set up with pass words for the channels through google.but once we got it up & running it's amazing the quality and is outstanding & the colour especially on nature programmes we couldn't be more pleased & would definitely recommend this Sonny Bravia TV can't wait to watch strictly this year on it .

I bought this TV for our bedroom. I am a novice at setting anything electrical up. I found it was easy to set up and the picture is very good. I particularly like there is not a stand by button glaring bright red at you when the TV is off. I have only been using it a few months and have had no problems.

Slow ,awful picture and not what we expected
Terrible, first smart TV we have had , and wish we hadn't bothered , slow remote , trying to get around the channels is so confusing. Trying to change a channel is even worse ,we have turned it off more times than is needed because we don't know how to use it .

Not sure yet. When I first turned on the tv the colour and brightness were way too high. I’ve been trying to get a happy medium since I purchased it on 22nd December but I still haven’t got there. Some programs look great and some over the top with colour. The jury is still out.

Bought about a month ago, and whilst the sound and picture are first-class, the screen keeps going blank - sometimes momentarily, sometimes for longer but still with sound, and occasionally off altogether until I turn off the power then switch on again.Happens every other night.
