Useful for Sleep Apnea
I bought this ring because I like all things tech. The ring's features are mostly lifestyle, Sleep, Stress, Heart rate, etc but do incl.usw the standard Steps and Exercise features. Most of these are duplicated by a smart watch which, if you are like me, you already have. In fact a smart watch is likely to be far more accurate. However, I don't like wearing a watch to bed, and most smart watches need charging once a day, so this ring is useful for measuring your Sleep, especially if you have sleep apnea, which might explain why you always wake up tired. I would urge caution, this morning is useful to determine if you MIGHT have a problem, do not take it's findings as gospel. For example, heart reading could be affected by you laying on your arm whilst asleep.

I bought this almost a year ago. It’s good and accurate & waterproof and sizes are accurate too. I’m happy with it. Good connectivity too. It also sums up all activities etc at the end of the year.

Connected straight away with no issues. It tracks everything I want. I would say that it’s not all that accurate on sleep though. It thinks I’m asleep when I’ve definitely been awake. Unless this is all just a dream? Then it’s highly accurate ;) Worn in the shower with no problems. Battery life is great!!

I did a lot of research on smart rings and I hardwork paid off. Subscription free. The activity log is amazing and opens your eyes. I also have a Huawei smart watch so I am covered at all angles. Battery life is great around 11 or 12 days.

So I researched health rings for weeks, a lot of reading, and YouTube tutorials etc, and it was clear the for me personally the RingConn Gen 2 was perfect, but what I was completely surprised with, was the cost for the Ring from Argos, unbelievable value for money, local and they are great for returns etc. - you will not be disappointed.
