Not a bad little double pannier bag, but it doesn't come with strap/straps to attachm to the pannier and it flaps around a bit as the tie downs on the underside of the bags doesn't fit with my pannier.

I like the shape of these bags. They can contain a lot and the material they are made of is light and sturdy. However I find the velcro attachment system insufficient. You need to use extra straps and it is fiddly. I find that I spend too much time attaching and detaching the bags. It's also difficult to prevent the bags from rubbing against the wheel.

It will fit a 20 inch folding e bike, iv got one, so good, for my shopping trips,had it now for 3 years,it will get dirty due to the rain, but can be cleaned with a cloth

No is the simple answer. The whole structure requires the bags to be laid over the rear bike carrier and secured with velcro straps. Hope this helps.

I have seen the bike you mentioned; it appears to have a rear rack so the pannier should fit over the rack, and attach with Velcro straps. Should this not fit ,I am sure that the shop would give you a refund. Hope this helps.

Do you have the battery inside the pannier above the rear wheel? If so, then yes, these will work. Most Panniers have hefty clips that don't fit because the battery gets in the way. I picked these as they simply fit on top of the pannier and have a couple of velcro strips to fasten to the sides of the panniers. Not very secure so I've added a strap like you can see in the pictures that runs along the top. You don't get them with these bags, but a bit of rope would do.
Not very fancy but the only ones I found that will work with the battery on the pannier.
Yes they fit on our electric bike that have the battery tucked under the rear carrier no problem
