This Russell Hobbs cooker hood gives you the option to use ventilation via extraction or re-circulation. Re-circulation venting draws steams and smells into a filter which neutralises the odours, before being returned to the kitchen, whereas, extraction ventilation filters air with a grease trap before releasing it through an external vent. Having both these styles of ventilation gives you increased versatility and ensures you can alter your cooker hood to best suit you, at the easy touch of a button.
With 3 speed settings, this cooker hood is very easy to control giving you the utmost versatility, as you can ensure that no matter what you are cooking, your kitchen will be smell and steam free.

Love it.
Bought to replace my old Creda hood which I had for about 20 years or so. The light on this is much better as it's an LED module and my old one took bulbs that blew every so often. Haven't used it yet as landlord has recently replaced kitchen. Looks good though.

Decent Cookerhood
I had difficulty mounting into a hollow wall with the regular wall plugs but I found heavy duty hollow wall plugs at B&Q and this resolved the issue. I also found that the power cable was very short but I ordered a standard socket from Amazon and changed my fused spur to that instead. You could also cut the socket and re-wire into the fused spur but it’s not recommended. Also the carbon filter I bought from eBay didn’t fit the mould but I used electrical tape to hold it over it and this kind of makes it work until I order a new one which will hopefully fit next time. Apart from that it’s great and seems to be working ok so far just expect some ball aches with the installation especially if it’s your first time installing it.

Unfortunately not what I wanted . Annoyed as I am still waiting for a call to give me a return date for pick up as it came direct from manufacturer .twice sorted with argos twice still waiting for pick up call

Looks great, but very noisy
I've only used this once, so I'm not sure how it will last over time, but it's so much noisier than I was expecting, even on the lowest fan setting. It's disappointing as I like to listen to podcasts while I cook. I guess this is why it's such a great price. It's a shame as it looks great, but I'd have rathered pay more for a quieter one.

Decent Product does the job.
Operating buttons are well designed. However it comes without carbon filter which is needed for recirculation mode. Had great difficulty in acssessing RH website to purchase said filter. Bought a pattern replacement filter from another webbsite. Also was unable to register product for warranty RH webbsite would not allow me access & kept directing me to other in house webb addresses.
