Amazing value for money
Having returned two Amazon Fire TVs due to poor software, I'm very pleased with the decision to change to Samsung. This TV was £50 less and much better. Picture quality is great. Navigation is easy and doesn't drop out. It loads all my apps including iPlayer which previous TVs wouldn't. Excellent value for money.

This is the best gadget I have ever bought for myself.

Missing some options, overcomplicated in use.
Argos does not provide full specification. It does not come with a paper manual. You have to find on-line manual and it's 350 pages. No Teletext. When using headphones the speakers are cut-off. No USB recording despite being mentioned in the manual. Using Setting is 'unfriendly', 10 year old child would design it better. For example using subtitles requires pressing different buttons six or seven times and is for every channel not the current. When switching on, in about 50% of cases, I'm being asked to signed into Samsung account. Why? The set is Internet and game orientated when I needed a simple TV. Screen a bit too dark. OK, it was cheap.

Great TV overall
Great quality TV. Excellent picture, sound and HDR. Well packaged and easy to set up. Only negative (but doesn't affect overall star rating) is that is only has 3 HDMI ports, so can't plug in all my devices. Suppose this isn't an issue if you don't have 4+ devices to hook up though.

Our supplier has advised that the Samsung 58 Inch UE58U8000FK Smart 4K UHD HDR LED TV is compatible with the Samsung Galaxy S22 phone via Smart View / screen mirroring. Both devices just need to be connected to the same WiFi network.
Please note that a wired USB-C to HDMI connection is not supported.
