Fantastic TV!
So my other half insisted we needed a new TV, and a bigger one than the 43" Sony Bravia that we had. Couldnt really say why, just that we needed a new one and he'd seen a great Samsung 55" one. Hmmm no coincidence that the Six Nations is on methinks! Anyway, we got this TV from our local Argos - it was cheaper there than elsewhere, and more local too. I can honestly say this is the best TV I've ever had. The picture quality is superb, the functionality is amazing (and I dont think we've even explored half of what it can do yet), and it looks fabulous. Six Nations or not, this was a good decision and a very good choice.

I am 90 years old so was so pleased I was able to set up my new Samsung tv un aided. I did find difficulty in sourcing my Virgin Media supplier but realised the correct use of the HDMI connection made all the difference, so problem solved Not yet sure how to use all the default programms/apps available but looking forward to trying a;;

I can advise that the Samsung 50 Inch UE50U8000FK Smart 4K UHD HDR LED TV requires an aerial to receive a digital terrestrial TV signal. It can also be used without an aerial for streaming, online digital TV services and many other app based content.

I got 2 remotes, the 2nd ones small and it pauses tv if your on the Samsung tv plus, you can record too if you buy the accessorie to pop in the back
This comes with 2 remotes, a small smart one for pausing TV etc but only on the Samsung channels

The Dual Audio function allows you to pair two Bluetooth devices to one TV. This means that you can have two sets of Bluetooth earphones or two Bluetooth speakers paired at the same time.
The Dual Audio function is available on Samsung Smart TVs manufactured from 2022.
