You need a Samsung account
This TV was a really annoying purchase. You need to have a Samsung account to use it. I was surprised that I could not even open a web page without logging in. As I already created a Samsung account at some point in the past I had to use that one. I couldn't remember the password for that account and wasn't allowed a second Samsung account. I had to wait 3 weeks for Samsung to reset my password. I did a lot of research and this is standard for anyone in that same situation. A lot of faff just to switch the telly on. Won't be buying a Samsung telly again.

Disappointed, not what I expected from Samsung
I'm disappointed when trying to use this new TV. I previously had about a 10-year-old 22" Samsung Smart TV. This was so easy to use and navigate. This new product does not even have the apps I use most. i.e. the main broadcasting channels, BBCi-player etc. It was difficult to find them to download and now they are randomly allocated, not logically. To access anything often takes several clicks of the same button. These buttons are quite small. Also every action seems to be in slow motion.

Good TV
I bought this 2 days ago for my bedroom. It is a good TV for free view channels and basic apps like Now Tv, HBO Max etc. It is a little bit slow for loading apps to behin with but when it is broadcasting there is no issues. It 8s a good TV for the price you pay.

Model not as advertised
The model was advertised by Argos as wall mountable, but did not come with the necessary parts to fix it to a wall bracket. The TV installation guide showed the required parts, but also stated that they are not available in all territories. Presumably, the UK is a territory where the parts are not available and this model can only be used on a stand. After the shop got a second TV and established the required parts were not present in the box they refunded without argument.
