This TV is compact and lightweight - fits into small spaces. Picture and sound controls do their job perfectly well. I would prefer a friendlier user interface though. Also it does not offer much in terms of connectivity .

Disappointed, not what I expected from Samsung
I'm disappointed when trying to use this new TV. I previously had about a 10-year-old 22" Samsung Smart TV. This was so easy to use and navigate. This new product does not even have the apps I use most. i.e. the main broadcasting channels, BBCi-player etc. It was difficult to find them to download and now they are randomly allocated, not logically. To access anything often takes several clicks of the same button. These buttons are quite small. Also every action seems to be in slow motion.

Only had this for a few days, but it's the best small screen TV we've had. Set up was straightforward using the app and the TV is working fine - plenty of fine-tuning opportunities to get the best picture and sound quality for the chosen location.

The Samsung UE24F6000FK does not include a built-in satellite (DVB-S / DVB-S2) tuner. This means it cannot connect directly to a satellite dish.
However, the TV can still be used with satellite services by connecting an external satellite receiver or set-top box via HDMI.

The description Samsung 24 Inch UE24F6000FK Smart Full HD HDR LED TV748 would suggest it is but you just said the supplier advised its not.
Please clarify as i have just purchased this TV based on the description it is a Smart TV.

The Samsung UE24F6000FK does not support app downloads, including the Paramount+ app. This model is not a Smart TV and does not have access to the Samsung app store.
However, the TV can still be used to watch Paramount+ by connecting an external streaming device (such as a streaming stick, set-top box, or games console) via HDMI that supports the Paramount+ app.
