Cleaning made easier - The environmentally friendly Easy Clean softens baked-on residue so you can just wipe it down. Add 400ml of water with a drop of washing-up liquid in the bottom of the oven cavity and select the cleaning programme. The steam helps lift away residual food so that the oven can be wiped clean.
Cook different dishes at the same time - With Circo Therm the high-speed airflow moves heat evenly throughout the oven, making it possible to cook sweet and savoury dishes at the same time without mixing flavours.

Cooker was easy to fit,looks good. When I wanted to record serial No. Instructions said it was under door leaf. Not readable without removing door. Instructions say put screw drivers in sides and use a coin, looked and read but could not fathom how to do it.in the end I took the whole unit out again and with luck it was all recorded on the rear, shame this was not made clear before fitting, poor information. Everything else seems good.

Replacement Oven
We had a similar oven from you 10 years ago and due to a problem with the grill operation tripping the electrics, we decided to fit a new one rather than have the old one repaired. I was quite disapointed to find out that the pan had no wire tray to fit into it like the previous model, so we had to sve the old wire tray in order to be able to grill bacon. Also, why don't you supply handles for lifting the tray out of the oven. Do you have a vidio explaining the controls of the oven in more detail than the hand book/

Light not work after second use.
The oven takes a very long time to reach temperature & a very long time to cool down. Ou previous Neff oven was over 15 years old & heated up & cooled down much quicker.

This is our second hide and slide oven not that there was any issue with our first we have just moved and missed our slide and hide so much we bought a brand new one as w3 could no longer go with out one top notch brilliant

Poor quality
Have had this oven 5 years and chose to pay extra for Neff because it was known to be a good brand. Initially pleased with it, temperature runs a little low but it works well. However, have had to have the heating element replaced twice in this time due to manufacturing faults, and the sliders for the roasting pan tray fell off within the first year. Repair costs are not insignificant, taking into account that neither of the faults were due to any problems with use. We inherited the previous oven on moving into the house so it worked for well over 15 years without needing any repairs.
