It's a microwave and it works. Will it melt?
I bought this after my last one melted (!) its door. So far it's fantastic and is much more effective than the previous Toshiba model. Nice and easy to use even though it has digital controls. Time will tell as to whether it will fail in the same fashion as the Toshiba.

Exactly what I wanted
I bought this for temporary use whilst I moved into a home without a fitted microwave as I had at my home. Only for use until I had a new fitted kitchen in my new home. Performed well and Did exactly as I wanted.

Small size big capacty
The microwave fits perfectly into my small kitchen, the controls are very clear and easy to use. The size belies its capacity as I can fit a fairly large plate in it as the sides are recessed inside. The program list is more that adequate and covers all my requirements and the black colour blends well with my other appliances. I would recommend this microwave to anyone with restricted space.

Does the job and easy to use.
Bought as a replacement for microwave I had for many years. It is okay and does the job but find it not as good quality as my previous one. It is smaller and not as sturdy. My plates fit inside so big enough. The door opening and closing is very clunky and the whole thing moves if pressed too hard. I wanted a white one and find that this limited my choice so went for this one as has a flat front with no knobs to turn for easy cleaning. Time will tell if it lasts as long as my previous one! Wouldn't particularly recommend as think it's quite pricey.

The manual states: ''Microwave cooking and defrosting:
The glass tray must always be in position when using the oven.
*Press Micro Power to select the desired power level (see below *).
*Set the cooking time. Refer to “Setting the cook time/timer time” in the manual.
*Press Start/Set. The time counts down in the display.
* For Defrost you need to press Micro Power 4 times to get to 200 W.
Notes:
1. The oven will automatically work on 800 W (High) MICROWAVE power if a cooking time is entered without the power level previously being selected.
2. While cooking, the glass tray may vibrate. This will not affect cooking performance.
3. For MULTI-STAGE COOKING, refer to page 17.
4. STANDING TIME can be programmed after MICROWAVE power and time setting. Refer to page 19.
5. DO NOT use microwave only with any metallic accessory in the oven.
6. Always check the food during defrosting by opening the door then restarting. It is not necessary to cover food during defrosting. To ensure an even result, stir, turn or separate several times during defrosting. For large joints and poultry, turn halfway through defrosting.
Refer to Defrosting guidelines on page 22 for details.
7. When the microwave oven is operated at 800 W (High) microwave power for long time, the microwave oven automatically adjust the power to protect the components of the microwave oven.''
