About this product
When you want to get out to the stores, visit a friend, or just enjoy a bit of independence without relying on lifts, this 4-wheeled boot scooter gives you the freedom to do it. The battery keeps going for longer trips around town, and the speed is just right for pavements and pedestrian areas. The seat swivels right around and adjusts for height, so getting on and off is easier, and there is a detachable storage basket for your items or personal bits. You can charge the battery on board or take it inside to charge at home.
The 4-wheeled design keeps you stable while moving. The swivel, height-adjustable seat and backrest make getting on and off easier and more comfortable. The detachable storage basket holds items and lifts off when not needed. Adjustable front tiller and removable armrests let you customise the setup. The electromagnetic braking system stops safely, with front and rear bumpers for protection. The battery level indicator shows remaining charge. This Class 2 scooter is for pavement use only, needs no DVLA registration, and suits users aged 14 and over.

Much the same as my previous scooter
I must admit this scooter is much easier to but in my boot than my previous one. It’s much easier to lift and because the base splits in 2 it gets into the boot of my car which is slightly narrower than my previous one. The heaviest bit is the battery which is good as it’s an easy shape to lift. Had wanted pneumatic wheels but they’re solid , so a bumpy ride over uneven ground. Overall a good little scooter that I can manage on my own whereas larger ones leave me dependent on others

I bought this a few weeks ago and I’m happy I did. It has given me the freedom to visit places that were previously inaccessible to me. It’s a compact little scooter, and although some of the pieces are heavy ish, I can manage to get it in and out of my boot myself. It’s a doddle to put together and the controls are easy to use. Wish I bought one years ago.

Mine stopped working and it is under warranty and an engineer was sent out who said the electrics were full of water.This was not the case. The battery would not charge many weeks before he came when the scooter was moved from a covered passageway. I have witnesses.
The battery box is sealed so you cannot replace individual batteries. You have to replace the whole thing which is very expensive. Drive appear very coy about this.

You should at least advise them of the make, model, weight (43kg), the size (H91, W48, L108cm) and that it can be disassembled so they can advise you correctly.
