Iphone good, ordering and receipt not
We are pleased with the Iphone itself and consider it a good purchase, however the overall process of purchasing it was quite stressful. I ordered online but didn't receive an email confirmation. Having some distance to travel to pick it up, I was however reassured when I received a text message that it was ready. We picked it up ok, slightly disappointed that the box was pretty bashed up as it was a present and it did make me recheck the parameters of the spec as the state of the box made me think it might have been refurbished (it wasn't). However when got home I realised that I still had no email and therefore no proof of purchase or warranty. I went to our local Argos to resolve and was told that they could do nothing about this as it was on the Argos system of the store we picked up from. Therefore I had to drive all the way back to the other one. To be fair once explained they did just regenerate the email without any issues (the original definitely wasn't received) but for something that costs this much I was surprised that an issue like this could happen and that considering it is a systemic record, it cannot be resolved unless in the store it was picked up from. Although we got there in the end I would be reluctant to purchase something of this value again through Argos as the overall experience was panic inducing.

Great Phone at a good price
I was persuaded to upgrade my iPhone 6!! As a technophobe I was apprehensive about the change over and whether I would find it more difficult to use. Change over went smoothly,as did using it,every thing is so much faster and I’m happy that I don’t have to charge it anything like as much as I did. Perfect phone for my needs,should have done it sooner

Great features for iphone 16e
I bought this phone from Argos as it was easy to be able to collect from my local store. Delighted with the iphone and it’s easy to navigate and so much more to offer than my old iphone. Still sorting out a phone case screen protector but overall I would recommend this iphone

Lovely budget phone
A gift for my son and he couldn’t be happier, the charge lasted all day and looks just as good to the untrained eye as the more expensive versions, didn’t fully charge with the cable provided which is a downside but We found a compatible cable that did the job.
