Very happy with it
For the price point this is at I’m really happy with this seat. It looks good, seems comfy, easily adjustable headrest / straps / recline. I had read a couple of negatives in the reviews which are understandable, but certainly not a deal breaker. The buckle is a little fiddly to keep clasped together when trying to clip it in, and the seat does rattle a bit. But the rattling only happens when going over bigger bumps in the road, it doesn’t happen all the time. I can live with these minor negatives, it’s overall a very decent car seat at this price.

Hello there,
After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Cuggl R129 Isofix 123 Car Seat: the Top Teather has to be in use when the harness is in use (till a max of 18Kg) the top tether doesn't have to be used for the Booster Stage (group 3) in short when the harness is removed the top Teather doesn't need to be used.
