No proper grill
I have this and there is no handle on grill to be able to remove it safely!!!

Brand new appliance. Major fault discovered
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brand new appliance was professionally fitted , upon electrician had it turned on major fault discovered. Hisense sent engineer to check the appliance. Advised wasn't happy with repairs as its brand new. He also didnt fill me with confidence he knew what he was doing. A new replacement was sought. Having to pay for disconnection and fit new replacement as appliance was faulty, Hisense couldn't careless. Very poor when tried to contact to discuss.

Excellent oven many features other more expensive ovens do not have like pizza and air fryer mode with retractable buttons that fit flush for aesthetic look along with the low light projection from the bottom of the main oven when on.

Doesn't work
Had oven professionally fitted, unfortunately the appliance is faulty. Engineer report confirmed it faulty. Brand new appliance and still waiting weeks later for replacement.

I have only used my oven twice and it seems slower than my previous oven at the same temperature, so I will need to increase the temperature to match my previous oven. I was under the impression that it had several settings, ie. conventional oven, air fryer mode and pizza oven setting. However, it just has the air fryer symbol so I assume that one setting does all?? You only get 2 standard wire shelves (one per oven) so keep back some wire shelves from your old oven in the hope that they fit. In addition to this you do get 2 trays and an air fryer mesh tray. On reading the reviews, there was one which highlighted that there was nowhere for the condensation to go and that it drips down the cupboard doors below. I can now confirm this. Annoying. Some positives are that it is quiet, the light stays on while it is in use so you can see how your cooking is doing, the dials lay flat when not in use, the small oven offers the option of half grill or full grill which is great when you only have something small to grill and the overall look of the oven is quite smart.

Instruction manual could be better
The bottom oven door is too deep to reach your food. The top oven grill comes on when you switch the oven and stays on until it comes up to temperature then goes off. There is no mention of this in the instruction manual.
