Really easy to use!
I bought this recently and found the curlers were really easy to use there are a number of heat settings which is helpful. If your hair struggles to hold curls like mine I recommend using this then setting in rollers with some hair spray which will give you big curls that last.

Dont waste your money it did not curl hair at all. Well i got one curl but by the time i'd gone to do amother couple the 1st one had fallen out. I got a curlin wand instead much netter amd half the price result.

This wouldn't be down to the tongs, this could be your hair. A number of factors would mean that the curls won't stick, are you using any holding product? If your hair is freshly clean then it will be less likely to hold a style.
