A good purchase
Simple to set up, appears to vacuum well and quiet enough to have going in the middle of the night. If I have criticism it would be cancelling schedules could be easier

Brilliant
Brilliant. Picks up dog hair no tangles. Might need to map area a few times if you have obstacles.
Aaaa
Not up to ninja standards
Unfortunately it didn't really pick up bits.. Just dust. Would have returned if I'd kept packaging etc.

Love this
Only used a few times, but I like this- does a good job - I did set it to mop the kitchen and it did it, then seemed to get lost afterwards and was in sitting room where I rescued it and sent it back to 'dock' To be fair this is the cheapest end of these things and I do think I have my money's worth- I've set it to vacuum the whole downstairs twice a week- the app lets you check and get a report- if it's missed anything- you can just select the room and send it off to do it- I think it's great- foibles yes, but overall great device meaning- I don't have to do it!- I think the foibles are most likely my wifi !

I love my ninja robot vacuum , I put it on in the morning downstairs while I go up and get ready and it does it’s magic while I’m upstairs .

Shark robomop
Got the shark robomop last week so I'm still getting used to it and understanding how to work out the map of the rooms but excellent cleaner leaves the floors spotless

Make sure you’re aware of the mapping restrictions
Bought last week. It does a really good job however I didn’t realise until after I’d used it that you can only map one floor. Ie unless you live in a flat, you can only do downstairs or upstairs 😂 I phoned shark to ask and their customer service team confirmed the solution for most people is to buy 2! I’d be giving 5 stars if it wasn’t for that.

The Matrix robot can be set up and controlled using your phone’s hotspot, with a few important things to keep in mind. You can use the hotspot to connect the Matrix to the SharkClean app for the initial Explore Run, which takes around 20–30 minutes and allows it to map your home. However, for ongoing use, the robot does need a consistent Wi‑Fi connection to access features like scheduled cleans and app controls, as these are managed through the app rather than stored on the robot itself. It’s also worth noting that the Matrix can only generate and save one floor map at a time, making it best suited for single‑floor use. For the best overall experience, we recommend connecting it to a stable home Wi‑Fi network when possible.
The Shark Matrix Plus does not hover and mop at the same time, and you need to switch between modes.
No, you can start a clean without WiFi. Press Clean on the robot to begin; the app is optional. App features like scheduling, mapping and carpet or no-go zones need WiFi and the SharkClean app.
Yes, the Matrix Plus 2-in-1 robot will be able to navigate over lips dividers/thresholds of maximum 1 inch (2.54 cm) in height.
No, the RV2620WDUKWH does not include a self empty base; you empty the robot’s dustbin manually.
Yes, it is safe for LVT as long as the floor is fully sealed and the manufacturer permits wet cleaning. Use Vac and Mop on hard floors only and set Carpet Zones in the app so the robot does not cross onto rugs or carpeted areas during a mop run. To avoid scratching, test a small area first, keep the mopping pad clean and free of grit, and periodically clean the wheels and sensors.
It will not fall down stairs. The robot uses cliff sensors to detect drops. Keep any runners or rugs at least 20 cm back from the edge, and set a no go zone along the staircase in the app as an extra safeguard.
No, this robot carries a 2 year guarantee when you register with Shark UK and ROI. Robots are covered for up to 2 years rather than 5 years. Register within 28 days and keep your proof of purchase.
The RV2620WDUKWH cannot drive itself over a stair gate or threshold under 20 cm, it must be carried by hand into the next room. Keep in mind that lifting or moving the robot (or its dock) during a cleaning cycle will interrupt its mapping process and overwrite your existing map . Once you’ve placed it in the new room, power it on and start a clean, it will perform a fresh Explore run to map that space.
This model (RV2620WDUKWH) does not support storing multiple maps. It only keeps one home map at a time, so if you carry it upstairs and run a clean, it will re-map that level and overwrite your original map.
