Experiment with all the settings
Very good tumble dryer but you really have to experiment to get quick and efficient cupboard-dry clothes. At first glance the drying will take an eternity but unless you have 9kg of really wet cottons it will be much shorter than the nearly 3 hours indicated. Best tip is to spin your cottons as fast as your washer can go before drying.

Too soon to comment
Good quality build - solid. Just arrived on 21/05/26. Weather has been very good, so put most of washing out on the line - only used for 10 minutes or so. Too soon to give a proper assessment; however, last Hotpoint Tumble Dryer lasted over 10 years without any issues (until recently)

I bought my Hotpoint Condenser Dryer back in middle of March this year. I have to say I am very happy with it. I had two previous disasters on other makes just before and feel I should have gone for Hotpoint in the first instance. It deals with all that I require it to. Very happy, my last dryer was Hotpoint and it served me very well.

I can advise that the Hotpoint CHDC92WWGDUK 9KG Condenser Tumble Dryer - White may only be used in environments where the ambient temperature is 5°C and over so this wouldn't be suitable for a garage or out-building.
