About this product
A bit of peace of mind when they're sleeping in a big bed. This single bed rail fits most divan and slatted bases, stopping little rollers from tumbling out in the night. The padded fabric panel is soft against skin if they shift towards it, and the child safety lock means it stays up until you decide to fold it down. Just lower it when they're climbing in, then pop it back up once they're settled.
The fold-down design lets you drop it out of the way for bed-making or getting in and out, then raise it back up for sleep time. It works with most single beds and standard mattress depths, covering a good stretch of the bedside without blocking the whole edge. The padded panel cushions any bumps if they roll against it during the night. Suitable from 18 months to 5 years, covering that transitional stage from cot to bed. There's a one-year guarantee included.

Not recommended
A bit of a puzzle trying to put it together. The round 'tubes' going under the mattress keep the mattress from lying flat on the base, which means your lower body is slightly elevated. Something flat for underneath the mattress would've made more sense. It's doesn't fit in the bed base very well unless it's too narrow for the mattress. That being said, it keeps our toddler from rolling out of his big boy bed.

The assembly was not fiitted
It was a wrong design. We can't make fit because the hole was on wrong way then we just put it under the matters without fitting.

Manufacturing flaws, even on the replacement item.
The Cuggl Double ostensibly seems a great product but I had to return it, due to what appeared to be manufacturing flaws (extra blobs of plastic stopped the rods locating correctly). Argos were quick to source a replacement but that had exactly the same issue. I haven't the patience to order a third. Such a shame because it seems like a great bit of kit. Not too tricky to put together. I hope others won't encounter the same issue I have.

Easy to assemble and use
Easy to assemble. On 2 single beds that used to be bunks beds. Looks good and works.

Does the job nicely
Bought this for my Grandson. Works well. It was a little fiddly putting together and had to rebuild once as didn’t find instructions great but not that complicated. The folding side is useful and easy to get down.

The product itself is great if slightly too wide for the cot bed we have but that’s my fault for not reading the dimensions! It will come in very handy when we go away and need rails on the pop up bed in the hotel room.

Any luggage that the rail is transported in would need to meet at least these dimensions. Ease and time of assembly would be dependent on the individual
