Great pressure cooker
Very good product. We've been looking for a decent pressure cooker for a while, but strangely they're all inadequate in one way or another - that is, until we found this Tower one, which is excellent!

Loving this pressure cooker
I’m totally new to pressure cookers so a it was bit of a learning process but now I’ve got the hang of it I love it. Cooked lots of different dishes: curries, casseroles, pulses, soups, roast joints even a whole chicken - in just 25 mins. I much prefer it to the slow cooker as the cooking liquor / sauces reduce and thicken as they do in the oven. If you’re new to them like me, invest in a recipe book for guides to cooking liquid volumes and cooking times as there is only 2 recipes in the booklet. Perfect for Autumn/Winter comfort food - I wouldn’t be without it now!

Great pressure cooker ideal for small family
I bought this a few weeks ago and have already used it to make lentils, greens and chick peas. It has a great safety lock feature, a tiny red indicator to say when stream builds up. I especially like how there is a plastic handle which has to be aligned to show the lid is on properly.

The supplier has advised the following for the Tower Compact 4 Litre Pressure Cooker:
"You would place the steamer basket on top of the Steamer stand/trivet, so it sits above the water in their Tower 4L/22cm Pressure Cooker."
