Bought this set as I needed to cut the sides off a siezed bolt on my bike. The tool performed really well and cleanly cut the bolt. Pleased with getting a small starter kit that comes with a case provided as I can always get other accessories when required.

There is only one cutting tool for cutting wood, metal etc. You should always use the high speed when cutting wood and similar materials. and the other tools can be used for shaping once the cuts have been made.

I have spoken to our supplier who have advised as follows:
The Dremel 3000 is supplied with a collet that accepts accessories with a standard shank diameter of 3.2mm. To use accessories with a shank diameter smaller than 3.2mm would require the additional purchase of a corresponding collet or a Multi-Chuck.

You can use this to sharpen tools and blade edges but it doesn't come with the tool to do so in the box. This tool is available from the manufacturer directly though.
